Wendy Dutta Celebrates Continued Academic Success
In addition to her full-time role as a professionally trained nurse and the head of operational aspects at Aesthetic Beauty Centre, Wendy Dutta has just attained a prestigious PG Certificate from Northumbria University.
Currently in the first year of her Master’s degree in Aesthetic Medicine, Wendy belongs to the first group of nurses studying the programme and has been commended for her recent achievements.
As well as her academic success, Wendy is also an approved mentor for nurses undertaking cosmetic training and has always been passionate about giving back something to the community. In 2012, Wendy successfully went through the Independent and Supplementary Nurse Prescribing Course from Durham University which has enabled her to prescribe to patients independently after assessing their needs.
Wendy is a member of PIAPA (Private Independent Practises Association) which generally covers North of England; and the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses which is the largest professional association for nurses carrying out cosmetic treatments in the UK.
As a people’s person who loves to interact with her patients and clients, she is well equipped to advise patients on their aesthetic needs. She loves travelling to international and national conferences and seminars where she keeps herself abreast of the latest industry technology and treatments.
A typical day for Wendy kick starts in the early hours of the morning due to her fitness routine and she starts work by 9 am each day. Most days she is in the clinic performing a variety of treatments including laser, dermal fillers, Botox, resurfacing and skin tightening treatments.
The combination of an ethical mind set, professionalism and easy going yet no-nonsense attitude make Wendy an invaluable part of the Aesthetic Beauty Centre Team. To book a one-on-one consultation with Wendy you can email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
