The Treatment
The treatment is very quick, usually taking less than 30 minutes. The Hylaform is injected in tiny amounts under the lines. Hylaform ® Gel provides support and cushioning within the skin. The effect is immediate and looks very natural. Initially there will be a little redness and mild swelling which varies in intensity from person to person. This is easily covered by an oil free make-up and soon fades.
The effect lasts for most people for 4 to 12 months. Top-up treatments are usually required after 3 to 6 months. It can be used in conjunction with other injectables like Botox® or Collagen Replacement Therapy®
