Booking and Cancellation Policy

Clients are advised that in booking an appointment they are reserving a Doctor or Nurse's time exclusively for their treatment. We require forty-eight hours (two working days) notice for cancellation of any appointment to avoid incurring the full cost of the booked treatment.

Charges will be incurred for missed appointments. Charges are made to the credit card details at the time of booking. In the event that the card is declined you agree to honour an invoice for charges incurred due to missed or late cancellation.

Where we have sufficient notice of cancellation, we will always endeavour to offer the appointment to a position on our waiting list. This should prevent you from incurring a charge.
