SmartXide and the summer

During the summer months, it’s always a ‘Smart’ idea to remind people of the risks and dangers of over exposure to the sun and artificial light. Over exposure can often cause problems in later life, resulting in fine lines and wrinkles with pigmentation problems occurring as brown spots. It’s also well documented that the skin disease know as ‘Rosacea’ (which is characterized by redness and blotchiness) is also a result of too much sun! Smartxide is one of the few treatments that can help with sun-damaged skin, or even patients with acne scaring or just problem wrinkle areas.
SmartXide Laser treatment provides remarkable results with minimal downtime. It can help to restore skin texture and color including lines, wrinkles, creases, and abnormal pigmentations. The therapy can be performed over any skin surface, including the face, the chest and the hands.
SmartXide laser therapy is based on using the skin resurfacing power of the CO2 laser, but in a more controlled and refined manner. This exciting new procedure is performed at both of the Aesthetic Beauty centers in Newcastle and Sunderland, with only local anesthetics required. The treatment is very quick, lasting only 15 to 30 minutes. The downtime after the procedure is very short, with most people resuming normal activities within five to seven days.
“We’re at the cutting edge of new technology of laser resurfacing,” said Doctor Dutta of the Aesthetic Beauty Centre. “Gone are the lengthy recover periods, now you can enjoy superb results without any pain or disruption to your day-to-day life. However, we recommend that people traveling on holiday this summer, protect themselves and their families with sun cream and avoid over exposure to the sun.”

‘Thermage NXT’ now available!

The new upgraded version of Thermage known, as ‘Thermage NXT’, is now available at the Aesthetic Beauty Centre. NXT means the smoothing and tightening of the skin can be obtained faster and easier than ever before.

‘This new generation of Thermage means we can work up to 25 percent faster than previously thanks to the many improvements made to the system’, said Dr. Dutta. ‘The levels of comfort coupled with the new time saving procedure, is already proving very popular with patients.’

Completely non-invasive with no surgery or injections. A single treatment can tighten your existing collagen to help stimulate new collagen growth. What’s more, the results are almost immediately visible and continue up to six months. Depending on your skin’s condition, the results can last for years.

FACE’ Conference

Dr Dutta will be one of the guest speakers this weekend at The Royal College of Physician’s – ‘FACE’ Conference, (Facial Aesthetic Conference and Exhibition) which runs from 12th-14th June 2009 and is the premier medical aesthetic conference in the UK, open to all practitioners and clinics involved in delivering predominantly non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments.

‘I’m delighted to have been invited to speak at the Royal College of Physicians’ conference’, said Dr Dutta of the Aesthetic Beauty Centre. ‘It comes in recognition of the hard work and commitment we bring to the cosmetic industry and in particular to the non- surgical treatments we offer.’

The event which is held in an elegant building, set in a stunning location overlooking Regent’s Park, attracts nearly 2,000 delegates from around the world and provides leading clinical information on a wide range of non-surgical treatments.

‘This will be a proud moment for myself and the rest of the team at the Aesthetic Beauty Centre. The College has always promoted the highest standards of medical practice so, it’s nice to recognised and chosen to play a part.

Sculptra Training

Dr Ashish Dutta’s passion for Aesthetic Medicine has seen him successfully complete many advanced training courses, the very latest of which includes specialist training in Advanced Sculptra. Dr. Dutta and his team perform to the very highest standards, and continuously retrain to provide up-to-date awareness and education in this highly specialised field.

The Advanced training currently undertaken with Sculptra, will see position the Aesthetic Beauty Centre as one of the most well appointed clinics in the country for, experience, qualifications and commitment to our profession.

Endothine Facelift

One of the fears that people often associate with cosmetic surgery is the drastic change in their appearance and how other people will notice they’ve undergone surgery. The Endothine Facelift is a new method, which is also known as the ‘Midface Lift’ allowing surgeons to shape a patients face, making it look younger, but without the need for a traditional full-face lift.
“The treatment works by correcting saggy midface tissue to soften the hollows that appear below the eyes’, said Dr Dutta of the Aesthetic Beauty Centre. “It also helps remove that unsightly fold which starts at the corner of the nose to the corner of the mouth, that becomes more noticeable as we get older. In short, it’s simpler to perfect and has enabled people who previously might have been scared of undergoing surgery, to unveil a new younger looking face.
“We like to think of Endothine Facelift as the younger persons facelift, because the results are best suited to those people in the 30–40 age range who don’t require a full facelift but would benefit from more subtle correction.”
“An Endotine Facelift can take years off your face, plus, you get nearly all the benefits of a facelift but without any of the downtime because it’s far less invasive. You don’t need to worry about scars or a lengthy recovery period.”
How do we do it? We start by making a very tiny incision within the hairline, we then lift the delicate midface tissue off the cheekbones so we can elevate and secure the tissue into a new position. The procedure uses many points of contact to hold the tissue and is less technically challenging than a more traditional facelift and with more predictable results.
As with all treatments, Dr Dutta and his team always recommend a period of consultation to discuss the patients individual requirements and how best to reach their objectives.

Penis enlargement

It’s true to say, that many men over their lifetime have experienced some kind of anxiety regarding the size of their penis.
It’s an age-old dilemma that simply won’t just go away… that was until Dr Dutta and his team at the Aesthetic Beauty Centre addressed the problem! Although there’s no real definition as to the size of a 'small penis' normally men who undergo cosmetic surgery are those with a flaccid length less than 1.6 inches or the penis is less than 3 inches when erect. Penis enlargement surgery is now becoming a more common cosmetic procedure and thanks to the Aesthetic Beauty Centre, the treatment is now available in the North of England too!
Dr Dutta of the Aesthetic Beauty Centre said,” we offer a considerate and understanding ear to all our patients needs, so our initial consultation is free of charge, helping ascertain if augmentation surgery is genuinely required.”
“We perform penile girth enlargement by injecting the Macrolane to grow fat. We find that many men only want an increase in thickness”.
As with any cosmetic procedure, I always recommend patients spend as much time as possible with the doctor who is going to perform the surgery before they make any kind of commitment. We also like to explain other surgical or non-surgical alternatives that are available before committing to penis enlargement surgery.”

Juvederm VOLUMA

Do you look in the mirror hoping to see a more youthful face staring back at you? Well, that mirror could soon be reflecting a totally new you, thanks to a new range of treatments known as Juvederm VOLUMA which is an injectible hyaluronic acid volumiser that helps restore volume problem areas such as, cheek, chin and cheekbones. These areas of the face often lose facial fat with the onset of age. However, the deep hollowed look that’s revealed is slowly becoming a thing of the past!
“Juvederm VOLUMA offers revolumisation that is characterised by smooth round contours, high cheekbones, hollow jowls and a well defined jaw line”, said Dr Dutta of the Aesthetic Beauty Centre.
“ We like to call it the ‘triangle of beauty’ which means perfect facial aesthetics from top to bottom. Juvederm VOLUMA can help restore the balance of the face, making you look younger and feel great. The new face looking back at you from the mirror will restore confidence, giving you better self-esteem and in time make you feel better about the way you look.”
“The transformation starts to take place with softer fuller cheeks and a firmer looking chin. More of our patients are now choosing Juvederm Voluma as their preferred treatment due to the positive results which include; less swelling and bruising, speed of treatment and also the ability to spread the cost of treatments.”
“The results of Juvederm Voluma have also proved to be longer lasting than many other Fillers”, continued Dr Dutta. “The range was specifically developed to tackle the age-old problem of loss of facial volume. While fillers such as ULTRA bring superb results when applied to fine lines and wrinkles, the Juvederm VOLUMA range is far better suited to larger areas that require facial volumising.
As with all treatments, Dr Dutta and his team always recommend a period of consultation to discuss the patients individual requirements and how best to reach their goals.
